The Brief:
Celebrate the diversity of people at Sky and inspire colleagues to actively foster a more inclusive culture.
The Solution:
We reimagined the classic paper chain of people - but instead of identical figures, each person was unique. Through an intricate origami stop-motion film, crafted from over 30,000 photographs, we brought to life a powerful story of the individuality that makes up Sky.
The Results:
Just four weeks after launch, Sky was named the UK’s most inclusive employer.
